Saturday, Summer in Innisgreen (May 20)

Tae: Where are you, Alej? It’s 2 pm and I haven’t seen you with the infants since earlier this morning. Don’t tell me you’ve been chasing Zorro around, trying to become companions!

Alej: Of course not, Tae! Why would you even think that?

Zorro: Busted, bruh.

Tae: I go into labor at 3 pm and prepare to call the hospital. For some reason, I’ve been thinking about snowboard a lot lately. Let’s go, Alej!

Dr. C: This will just pinch for a second.

Tae: Ahhhh, I’m feeling better already!

Tae: We were surprised to find Dr. C at the hospital but are greatly relieved that she’s my doctor today. While waiting for my epidural to kick in, we congratulate Dr. C again on her twins aging up to infants.

Tae (whispers): Did Dr. C wash her hands and forearms?

Alej (whispers back): No, she didn’t! And she’s not even wearing surgical scrubs!

Dr. C: Take a good look at me, boys! With my high medical proficiency, who needs scrubs? *approaches the surgical table

Alej: Not gonna lie, Dr. C got skillz!

Tae: What shall we name her? I was thinking Sandi, short for Alessandra to match your name.

Alej: Let’s call her Xica (SHEE-kah) after Xica da Silva.

Tae: Little Xica, your childhood will be so different from mine. You’re gonna grow up surrounded by family!

Alej: Father’s really taking to his role as Grandpa! I don’t know why his friendship with the twins isn’t higher.

Tae: A very pregnant Titania knocks on our door with a gift because I’m “such a good neighbor.” So sorry, Titania, but we don’t have time for you. In the Navarro household, all hands are on deck!

Sasuke: You hardly take me for walks anymore!

Alej: That’s because Tae’s been trying to get more exercise since his first pregnancy. By the way, what’s going on between you and Zorro?

Sasuke: …
Alej: You two should be the best of friends. From tomorrow, I’m having you “Be Friendly” to Zorro several times a day. 

Sasuke (to himself): Alej sure is bossy now that he no longer needs my advice with Tae!

Watcher’s Note:

I don’t know how Sass got up on the table but he got stuck there. When Alej called him to go for a jog, Sass showed a thought bubble of a pathing error. When I moved the table, he dropped to the ground and ran over to Alej in the front yard.
I guess it’s a new glitch? I’ll need to let him down whenever I see hom on the table.
