Running Around Gibbi Point

 Tuesday, Summer 17 (April 4)

Tae: To be honest, I’ve never actually spayed or neutered a pet before, but the surgery station claims my Vet skill is high enough. Don’t worry, Mia. You’re in safe hands!

See, Mia? Quick and practically painless!

MIa: ---

Tae: Hey, you’re Toshie the Storyteller, right? I’ve been looking for you!

Toshie: You have? I couldn’t interest you in a little…

Tae: Unfortunately, I…(wracking brain for a tactful excuse)...I’m afraid of heights. But I’d be very interested in discussing plumbird evidence with you. *finishes the Feeding Frenzy quest

While I’m bowfishing for the aspiration, I unexpectedly place first in an Archery Competition. Let’s see, what can we buy for §2,500? If only we could buy nicer pet beds!

Chiyo: When Tae tells me he’ll spend the rest of the day in Crystal Valley, I decide to go along to write in Crystal Valley’s lounge. Not that I’m drinking or dancing, but it’s still nice to get out of the house sometimes. (What is wrong with that sim’s fashion sense?!)

Tae: Pruella and I are such good friends that I show her my back tattoo that Carly inked and Pruella gives it a thumbs-up,. You probably think I'm unwise to bare my back to Pruella but, based on Cebolla's news, I’m pretty sure Pruella prefers the ladies. And while I’m near Pruella’s nest, I pick up her last two plumbird quests.

I finally locate the Electric Lagoon. It’s a beautiful place with lush greenery and wisteria blossoms. I’m fishing for Jellyfish to catch the rare Jellyfish Butterfly.

I end up fishing here for several hours because I want an extra Jellyfish for cooking. Next, I head to the lounge to meet up with Chiyo so we can head home together.

I started raising a “Unknown” caterpillar yesterday. But my Entymology skill is increasing so slowly that I decide to catch an extra Goliath Silk Moth this evening to raise a second caterpillar.

After placing a jellyfish in the world near my Butterfly & Moth Habitat, I learn that I need to do that at the Electric Lagoon. I end my long day by returning to the lagoon, catching three Jellyfish Butterflies, then placing and examining one in my Habitat. Tomorrow, I’m taking a break from critter hunting!!
