Sasuke: I can’t believe I fell for that!
Tae: Chiyo and I each need to train out one more misbehavior to advance to Friend of the Animal’s f milestone.When I lecture Kali about playin in the trash, she simply ignores me. Zorro is still too young for disciplining.
We squander the entire day, following our pets around and trying to catch them misbehaving.
I don’t want the day to end as a total failure, so we visit Paddywack’s Emporium in Magnolia Promenade. They always sell the same six MySims Trophies. Turns out my collection is missing five out of those six. What luck!
Chiyo: With Tae leaving for a getaway soon, I’ve lost hope in finishing my aspiration before I move out near the end of this month. I’ve decided to start Nerd Brain instead. I’m sure I can finish that aspiration without needing to rely on RNG.
Monday, Fall 9
Yep, the aliens abducted me last night while I was outdoors, mentoring Chiyo in Handiness. Not to worry! Watcher has taken precautions since seeing our Britechester besties being abducted, one after another. Showing up at the getaway with a baby bump would NOT be a good look!
Tae: Darn, we missed the splash! While I’m busy with chores, Chiyo returns from her 5th space mission with a Large Space Rock, completing the collection.
I’d planned to ask a lady friend on a date today to prepare the Bachelor Challenge, but there’s no need. Watcher checked my gender preferences using MCCC and, apparently, they are 100% female and 100% male (sez MCCC). Surprised you, did I? There’s a lot about me you don’t know!
I’ve figured out the perfect first prize for Carly, but I need to find it first. Chiyo is busy adding bidets to the public toilets at Desert Bloom Park, while I check for dig sites. After trading collectibles with Karmine Luna, she suggests the I try the Bedrock Straits neighborhood.
Chiyo: Hi there, nice place you have here! My name’s Chiyo! What’s your name?
Johnny: My name’s Johnny Zest. I’m surprised you haven’t already heard of me. I’m one of the OG premade townies!
Chiyo: Awesome to meet you, Johnny! Um, would you mind if I do two upgrades on your toilet while my brother looks around for dig sites?
Chiyo: After the upgrades are done, I chat with Johnny while waiting for Tae to return. As soon as Johnny and I become good friends, he pops a surprising question. Johnny’s cute but he doesn’t really match my ideal aesthetic. Anyway, I’m certain Tae wouldn’t want Johnny moving into his house.
Tae: For now, there’s one more thing left to try. We’ll camp out at Desert Bloom Park until the dig sites respawn tomorrow at 5 am.
Chiyo: That’s great for you, but what about me?
Tae: You’re close to L9 Logic, so I thought you’d want to play chess for a couple hours. If you'd rather go home, that's fine, too. Me, I’m going to sleep.
Watcher’s Note:
*How to instantly know if your male sim is pregnant after an alien abduction: Enter CAS with your sim (with cas.fulleditmode enabled) and try to switch his gender. If you can switch, he’s not pregnant so switch it back. But if you get a message that “a pregnant sim can’t be edited,” your sim is expecting. You can do this the second your sim returns from his abduction. Super handy.
