Bike Parts!

Juwon: We’ve taken today off, since we’d worked so hard to earn that fourth star. This is actually the first time I’m taking Sasuke on a walk.

Sasuke: Woof!

After a leisurely morning followed by restocking for tomorrow, Tae’s been busy Papercrafting. I offered to mentor him, but he said he’d be fine on his own. Knowing Tae, he’s probably maxed the skill by now. 

Juwon: How do you do, Trashley. I’m Juwon, Tae’s housemate.
Trashley: What a pleasure to meet you! And where’s Tae tonight?
Juwon: He’s at home crafting. Would you please show me your wares?

Juwon (sends Sasuke home then phones): Are you busy now, Tae? Can we meet at the fishing spots near the Train Station? I want us to try cleaning the canal for bike parts.
Tae: I completely forgot about the bike parts collection! I’ll be right there!
Juwon: Of course, you fish up the first bike part, but I catch a different one soon after you!
Tae: I’m over half done with Trashley’s Certified Art Collection. Shall we try to find all 28 bike parts?
Juwon: I’m game if you are!

Juwon: Thanks for mentoring me in Logic, Tae! Now, what were you saying last month? Something about how I need to be able to do Insta-Upgrades if I want to be with you?

Spring 20, Fri

Tae: We get up early so Juwon and I can each craft a housewarming gift for Rown. I make him a Romantic Sculpture (I’m not telling him what it’s called). Rowan’s moved into a luxury penthouse apartment, but he still seems devastated by Honey breaking up with him. Poor Rowan.

Tae: Hey, nice crib yo! I know you dislike gifts, but I made this ceramic sculpture for you as a housewarming gift.
Rowan: Thanks for dropping by, Tae. It’s nice to know you’re still my friend. But what am I going to do? Honey is my heart, my everything! We had a great date last night, but what if...
Tae: Well, first thing, don’t be seeking love advice from me or Juwon. You and Honey are two of my favorite people. I’m rooting for you both! And if you ever wanna chat, just call or visit, okay?

Juwon: I really want to be supportive but I don’t know Rowan as well as Tae does. I'd painted a masterpiece Flirty Painting for Rowan, but it feels like the wrong housewarming gift.Since it  looks like a food painting, I’ll hang it here near the kitchen. Oh I know! Maybe Rowan will invite Honey over soon! *enables the Flirty painting's emotional aura

Tae: Irene! You’re our first customer today! Are we still on for tomorrow?
Irene: Wouldn't miss it for the world!
Tae: You’re the best, Irene!

A freelance web creator reaches out, offering to optimize Heart & Soul’s website. I choose the free option even though my Dreamer alignment’s already maxed. I mostly only want the renown boost.

Heart & Soul attracts a record-high number of customers today and earns the most renown ever. Before opening this morning, Juwon and I removed all our crafts from Heart & Soul, listing them on Plopsy instead. Then, I lowered its Ticket Modifier Rate to -50%.
Yep, we’ve embarked on the long, arduous road to becoming a five-star Local Legend!

After work, we invite the whole gang to the Cadenza Lounge in Oasis Springs. It’s Night on the Town, so I order the most expensive drinks for the group.

Tae: I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, Lilith. I’ve been saving this gift for you: a perfect-quality Plasma Fruit seed you can plant on your lot.
Lilith: Thank you, Tae! With a mature tree, I could use the harvested Plasma Fruit for lots of things more thirst-quenching than plasma packs, for sure!
Tae: Juwon and I will be dropping by soon. We’d like to meet Ghast as well as introduce our Shiba to you and Ghast.
